4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary based on destination and product availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. pepgenlab.com is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
5. Returns and Refunds
To ensure the highest standards of safety and quality control for our laboratory and cosmetic products, our refund policy is as follows:
- Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only for products that remain completely unopened, original seals intact, and in their original packaging.
- Return Window: Customers must initiate a return request within 7 business days of the recorded delivery date.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns to cover processing and quality inspection costs.
- Shipping Costs: All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Inspection & Processing: Refunds are issued only after our laboratory team has inspected the returned items to verify seal integrity. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Cancellations: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Quality Guarantee: Notwithstanding the above, if independent HPLC-certified testing demonstrates that a peptide product does not meet our purity specifications, a full refund (including all shipping costs) will be issued upon receipt of valid documentation.

By purchasing from pepgenlab.com, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless pepgenlab.com and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the use, handling, or misuse of products.
Products are provided without warranties beyond their stated intended use.

9. Product Authenticity
Customers may independently test peptide products at a qualified HPLC-certified facility.
If valid test results demonstrate non-authenticity, pepgenlab.com will refund the full purchase price, including shipping, upon receipt of documentation.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on pepgenlab.com are the property of PepGen Lab and may not be used without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Site or these Terms shall be instituted in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
