Due to the sensitive nature of peptide research compounds, all peptide products sold by PepGen Lab are final sale.
Returns & Refunds
Peptide products are not eligible for return or refund once delivered except in cases of verified damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
All claims are subject to review and verification before approval.
Peptides are sensitive to temperature, light, and handling. We recommend first-time customers place small test orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your peptide order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Do not use or dispose of damaged or incorrect items before contacting us.
Customs & International Shipping
We are not responsible for customs clearance delays or seizures. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations. In certain cases, we may offer goodwill solutions at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender
Refunds or reshipments are not offered for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Product Authenticity Guarantee
Customers may independently test peptide products at an HPLC-licensed facility. If verified results demonstrate non-authenticity, PepGen Lab will refund the full purchase price, including shipping.

Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted for cosmetic products only if they are:
Unopened and unused
In original, sealed packaging
Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Prepaid return labels are provided only for incorrect or damaged shipments.
A valid tracking number is required for all returns.
Refunds are processed after inspection and confirmation.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from approved cosmetic returns.
